Our Gift Guide for Everyone in the Family

'Tis the season, y'all! I wanted to get a bit of a head start this year finding gifts for my people, and I know I have a few of you that have similar aged folks at home, so I thought I'd share what I'm thinking for my crew.

If you're looking for a good gift for your spouse, your older kids, or other family and friends, I bet I have something down here for you! Have a look and hopefully you find just the right thing for that special person in your life.

Gifts for the Hubby

YETI Hopper Portable Cooler: Whether your spouse is a camper, tailgater, or lover of road trips, this cooler is where its at for keeping snacks and beverages cool. Me thinks this will be perfect for future Round Top trips too. #winwin

Customized Calendar: Artifact Uprising is a great source for personalized gifts, like this custom wall calendar. You can do prints, holiday cards, photo books, and so many other options.

Solo Outdoor Tabletop Firepit: my whole crew camps regularly but I thought this would be fun for our own backyard.

JBL Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker: perfect for tunes while you travel.

Kindle Paperwhite: If you're trying to shrink the amount of books you have in the house, a Kindle is a great choice! The matte finish on the screen really does look like a physical page, and you can store thousands of books in a fraction of the real estate.

Goodr Running Sunglasses: I swear these never move when I'm running, but they make great sunglasses in normal life too! And if anything, go check out their marketing copy on their website. They know how to have fun over there.

Gifts for the College Kids

Work Bag: I love a bag with organizing pockets inside. I may have purchased multiples of these bags. #allegedly

Zippered Tech Folio: This is for the kid that likes to throw all of their cables in the bag and gets them tangled every time!

Canvas and Leather Travel Pouch: A Dopp kit like this will last a long time, and still looks good at the same time!

Briggs & Riley Carry On Expandable Spinner: Am I making it too obvious that I want to make it easy for them to come home and visit us? Good luggage is definitely pricey, but you really feel it when a wheel breaks in the airport, or when a seam rips open after they stuff a bit too much dirty laundry in there.

Indoor Herb Garden Kit with Grow Light: I've already gotten this for one of my kids who loves to cook. I imagine he'll be taking it with him when he leaves for school next year, and I think this would make a great gift for a student in a small apartment that still like fresh herbs!

Mini Photo Bluetooth Pocket Printer: This lets them get their photos off their phone and onto their walls, or into an album (remember those?). This would be a great thing to have on a trip too!

Gifts for the Culinary Obsessed

OXO Mandoline Slicer: I have some good cooks in the family, and I'm thinking about small tools that would come in handy in a small apartment at school over the next few years. This slicer is great for really thinly sliced vegetables (it has 3 settings) and doesn't take up very much space.

Kuhn Rikon Gripper: Just last week found me opening the top to the coffee creamer with a pair of pliers. I'm down for any gadget that helps me open things easier as I get older. #don'tjudgeyourdayiscoming:)

Kuhn Rikon Safety Smooth Can Opener: I've raved about this before in other posts but this is hands down the best can opener EVER.

Magnetic Teaspoon/Tablespoon Measuring Spoons: These are really efficient, and you can use just one spoon instead of having to clean all of them if they were all attached by one ring. Genius!

Pyrex Measuring Cups: These never go out of style - glass measuring cups will always come in handy!

Silpat Perfect Cookie Baking Mat: The cookie/macaron outlines on this silicone mat are much appreciated, but you can use this mat for anything in your stove too! It's much easier to wash this after a good bake versus sticking a pan in the dishwasher.

Gifts for the Home Decor Obsessed Friend

Colored Champagne Coupes: These colored glasses are just gorgeous - and you have so many color options! They just make me happy, and would be a great gift for someone who loves to entertain, but with some style.

Pacific Natural at Home Coffee Table Book: Any page in this book can be opened on a coffee table for inspiration, but it's also a great read!

Chunky Throw: Note your person's color scheme at home, and gift a cozy throw for the bedroom or living room. Chunky throws are always appreciated, especially in colder climates.

Ficus Elastica Rubber Plant: A live plant can be controversial, so make sure your recipient has a green thumb! A ficus elastica has big glossy leaves, and can lend a sculptural touch to a room.

Black Turntable: For your music loving friend that appreciates minimal design, this turntable is genius.

Solid Cherry Serving Board: A solid handle on a serving board is very helpful, and this one is a great size for your next charcuterie board!

Other Gifts I Love

GreenPan 10 Piece Ceramic Nonstick Cookware Set: Every now and then your cookware needs a refresh. We just upgraded ours and could not be happier that we did.

24 Days of Tea Advent Calendar: Does someone you know love tea? This is a great gift for the adventurous tea lover who likes to try new varieties.

Stemless Wine Glasses: You know I love a good green, but these glasses come in a variety of colors as well. These would look beautiful as a set in an open bar.

Linen Apron: I love that you can slide this on and off without ties. I use this on install days but when holiday cooking starts you'll be glad to have this in your kitchen too!

Avocado Vase: This vase comes with a 36 page handbook about to how successfully grow an avocado plant - how amazing would it be to have an avocado tree in your backyard? Count me in!

Barefoot Dreams Robe: Butter. Just absolute butter. You'll never want to take this off!

When in doubt for what to give, try giving a gift box like these or take a look at this cute online shop where I'm putting these block scripture cards and this colorful bracelet in my cart as I type.

Happy Shopping!

I hope you found something on this list - let me know if you do...or if there's something on your own list, please do share. Inquiring minds want to know!
